All sales are final. All items from sparkspuzzles.com are sealed and in new condition, and we do not accept returns to maintain our reputation for having no missing puzzle pieces.

Warranty Details

We offer free replacements for items with verified manufacturing defects; however, this does not include missing puzzle pieces. For missing puzzle pieces, we offer free replacement sections of your puzzle. Please refer to our Missing Pieces support page for more details.

  • To be eligible for a warranty replacement, please contact us within 60 days of purchase.
  • Damage from normal wear, accidents, misuse, or negligence is not covered.
  • We are not responsible for items stolen after delivery.
  • Warranty is only covered for purchases from sparkspuzzles.com.
  • Each purchased item is eligible for one warranty claim.

Process for warranty claim

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@sparkspuzzles.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos of the defective areas within 60 days of purchase.
  2. Approval: Once approved, our team will provide instructions for returning the item for verification, manufacturing investigation, and disposal.
  3. Replacement: Once we have received the returned item, we will arrange shipping the replacement to your address.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging intact and any protective wrapping, like shrink wrap, unopened. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returns.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days. If you paid for express delivery, only the standard delivery charges will be refunded. Please note that customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
