What is your Minimum Order Quantity?
We like to keep things accessible for our retail partners. Our opening order minimum is 10 puzzles, and you are welcome to mix and match any of our designs to get started.
Where do you ship from, and what are the lead times?
All wholesale orders are packed and shipped from the United States, and domestic delivery typically takes 3–6 business days. We will also provide tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Do you enforce a Minimum Advertised Price policy?
Yes, to protect the integrity of our brand and ensure fair competition among our partners, we require all retailers to maintain our designated MSRP on all items.
What if my shipment arrives damaged?
While we do not accept returns on unsold inventory, we guarantee your order's safe arrival. If your wholesale delivery is damaged in transit, please email us at info@sparkspuzzles.com within 5 days of receipt with photos of the affected items. We will immediately arrange for a replacement.
What if your customer reports a missing piece?
We want to provide your customers with a smooth and stress-free experience. If someone discovers a missing piece, simply direct them to fill out our Missing Pieces Application. As long as they provide proof of purchase within our 60 day warranty period, we will ship them the replacement section free of charge (US orders only).
