Missing Pieces Support

At Spark's Puzzles, cutting-edge robotics and precision weighing ensure every jigsaw piece is accounted for during our automated production. While our rigorous quality control virtually eliminates the possibility of missing pieces, we want you to have complete confidence in receiving full puzzles.

If your puzzle experience is interrupted by a missing piece, please submit your missing pieces application after assembling the full puzzle. Upon verification, our team will contact you within 2 business days to arrange a replacement with the section containing your piece.

Warranty Details

To be eligible for a warranty claim, please contact us within 60 days of purchase using the email used to place your order.

Each purchased puzzle is eligible for one warranty claim, and replacements are not available for discontinued designs.

Warranty is only covered for purchases from sparkspuzzles.com within the United States.
